Terms of Service

1. The Service

Dashrix provides product and business analytics, website event tracking, workspace collaboration, and optional integrations such as Google Calendar and Stripe (the “Service”). Features may change as the Service develops. Dashrix is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or regulatory-compliance advice, and displayed metrics should be independently verified before important decisions.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for people you invite to a workspace. Workspace owners control member access and roles. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and payment

Trials and paid plans are governed by the pricing and plan details presented at purchase. Unless the checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. Fees are due in the stated currency and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may change pricing prospectively after reasonable notice.

You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes based on our income. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted access or suspension.

4. Customer data and instructions

You retain ownership of data you submit, connect, or collect through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Just Jump Solutions and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with your instructions, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and lawful bases needed for Customer Data and your use of Dashrix, including for website analytics, browser storage, integrations, employees, sales representatives, invitees, and other individuals. You must not use Dashrix to collect sensitive information unless we expressly agree in writing and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. If Dashrix processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, additional data-processing terms may apply.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; send spam or deceptive communications; distribute malware; gain unauthorized access; disrupt or overload systems; probe security without written permission; scrape or resell the Service; reverse engineer it except where law prohibits restriction; evade plan limits; or collect prohibited, unlawful, or unnecessary personal information. You may not represent that Dashrix independently guarantees your compliance with privacy or other laws.

6. Third-party services

The Service may connect to third-party products such as Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, Firebase, and Resend. Your use of those products may be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, outages, data changes, or decisions. You authorize Dashrix to access and process third-party data according to the permissions you grant and may disconnect supported integrations using available controls.

7. Dashrix ownership and feedback

Just Jump Solutions and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, documentation, and related intellectual-property rights, excluding Customer Data. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your authorized subscription. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

8. Changes, availability, and beta features

We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features. We aim to operate the Service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Preview, beta, and trial features may be incomplete, changed, or withdrawn and should not be relied upon for critical operations.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Dashrix and cancel as provided in the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or when necessary to protect users or the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data handling and deletion remain subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable customer instructions, legal obligations, and backup cycles.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Just Jump Solutions disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that analytics, attribution, imported records, recommendations, or third-party data will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Jump Solutions and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Just Jump Solutions against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

13. General terms

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except in connection with a permitted business transfer; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable order or checkout, and any signed addendum form the agreement regarding the Service.

Applicable governing law, venue, mandatory consumer protections, and any dispute process must be determined according to the parties’ location and applicable law. Just Jump Solutions will add more specific commercial contracting terms before general paid launch and may request acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
